Journal’s Responsibilities toward Authors:

1. Providing guidelines to authors for preparing and submitting manuscripts;
2. Providing a clear statement of the Journal’s policies on authorship criteria;
3. Treating all authors with fairness, courtesy, objectivity, honesty, and transparency;
4. Protecting the confidentiality of every author’s work;
5. Establishing a system for effective and rapid peer review;
6. Making editorial decisions with reasonable speed and communicating them in a clear and constructive manner;
7. Establishing clear guidelines for authors regarding acceptable practices for sharing experimental materials and information;
8. Developing mechanisms, in cooperation with the publisher, to ensure timely publication of accepted manuscripts;
9. Clearly communicating all other editorial policies and standards.

Author’s Duties /Responsibilities /Obligations toward Journal:

1. ILE follows Zero Tolerance policy for Plagiarism. Authors are requested to submit only entirely original works, and will appropriately cite or quote the work and/or words of others. Plagiarism content will eliminate by editorial board automatically;
2. The credits of the work derived from the work of others should be given to that person. It is often better to avoid this. merely citing the source does not eliminate the Plagiarism automatically;
3. Manuscripts which have been published as copyrighted material elsewhere cannot be submitted. In addition, manuscripts under review by the journal should not be resubmitted to copyrighted publications;
4. Submitting the same paper to more than one journal constitutes unethical publishing behavior and is unacceptable.

AUTHORSHIP OF THE PAPER

1. Authorship should be limited to those who have made a significant contribution to the conception, design, execution, or interpretation of the study. All those who have made significant contributions should be listed as co-authors.
2. any member of the Editorial board at the time of submission of the manuscript cannot submit manuscript for the quality of the Journal.
3. The corresponding author ensure that all contributing co-authors and no uninvolved persons are included in the author list. The corresponding author will also verify that all co-authors have approved the final version of the paper and have agreed to list submission for publication.

Plagiarism Policy of ILE

Plagiarism for ILE is the act of copying another person’s ideas, words or work and pretending they are your own; something that has been copied in this way. ILE will never allow this anywhere. It also means translating from one language to another for committing plagiarism. ILE use Plagiarism Checker X software for Detecting plagiarism.

Zero Tolerance Policy

The core work carried out by the author shall be based on original ideas and shall be covered by Zero Tolerance Policy on Plagiarism. The core work shall include abstract with keywords, introduction, objective, hypothesis, research methodology, analysis and interpretation, summary and observations, conclusions, recommendations and references. If ILE found more the 40% of plagiarism has happened in any document, we will report it to the competent/designated officer of Plagiarism Disciplinary Authority. The authorities of HEI can also take su motu notice of an act of plagiarism and initiate proceedings under these regulations. Similarly proceedings can also be initiated by the HEI on the basis of findings of an examiner.
